RETURN, RESIZE, REPAIR & EXCHANGE
We are confident you will be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return, resize, or exchange within 30 days from the date you received your order.
Items must be returned in new, unused, and complete condition.
We are unable to process returns or exchanges if the item has been worn, used, damaged, broken, or returned incomplete.
If your order did not meet your expectations, please contact us and describe the issue by emailing hello@sovats.com. We will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
