A: All of our jewelry is made from solid gold. It is not plated or vermeil, and it will not tarnish or change color.

Q: Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
A: Yes. All diamonds and gemstones used in our jewelry are ethically sourced.

Q: Are your diamonds and gemstones natural or lab-created?
A: All of our diamonds and gemstones are natural and earth-mined. For engagement rings, we also offer moissanite as an alternative center stone option.

Q: Are earrings sold as a pair or individually?
A: All of our earrings are sold as a pair.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal and credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Q: Do you offer a buy now, pay later option?
A: Yes. PayPal Pay in 4 may be available for eligible purchases between US$30 and US$1,500 when checking out with PayPal Express. You will receive an instant decision when applying, though approval is not guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: What is the shipping fee and delivery timeline?
A: The shipping fee is US$24.00. There are no additional shipping costs from our side. Delivery usually takes 10–14 days after your order is placed.
