We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on every Sovats jewelry piece, giving you peace of mind that your jewelry will be cared for whenever it needs servicing.

For as long as you own your jewelry, we will repair it whenever repair is needed. You may also send your jewelry to us at any time for a complimentary professional cleaning and inspection, so we can help keep it sparkling beautifully and in excellent condition.

Warranty Limitations

Please note that our warranty has a few limitations:

Our warranty does not include the replacement of lost center stones or focal gemstones.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our workshop for cleanings, inspections, and repair services.

For customers outside Thailand, import fees, customs duties, and any additional charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before sending your jewelry for service.

All repair work is free within the first two years of ownership, except for the replacement of focal stones. After two years, a small labor fee and/or material fee may apply.

Fine jewelry worn daily may naturally show signs of wear over time. We will carefully evaluate your piece and let you know if any repairs go beyond normal wear and tear, including any labor or material costs before proceeding.

Care Instructions

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, please follow these simple care tips:

Clean your jewelry gently using warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft-bristled toothbrush.

Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals or abrasive products such as hairspray, bleach, chlorine, toothpaste, and cleaning agents, as these may dull the shine of precious metals over time.

Check your jewelry regularly for loose prongs or stones. If you notice or suspect a stone is loose, please contact us and avoid wearing the piece until it has been repaired.

Remove your jewelry before physical activity, swimming, sleeping, or heavy work, and store it carefully when not in use.
