CHARAN, WAXCARVER & STONESETTER

Charan turns a lump of jeweler's wax and files it down with skilled precision like a master sculptor does with stone. After he’s done, the finished wax piece is then sent to our caster to be cast in any metal our customers desire. 

He is also a master of the art of securely setting or attaching gemstones into jewelry using the minimum amount of material necessary to secure the gem. 

JACK, CASTER

Jack takes the wax piece and encases it in a plaster-like medium, which is then heated to extreme temperatures to incinerate the material, and then fills the cavity with molten gold.

SANONG, GOLDSMITH

Sanong manipulates the metal, using specialized tools and techniques to shape and smooth the metal to the desired form.

SOMSRI, POLISHER

Somsri uses polishing tools and techniques to remove uneven or rustic surfaces from metal to make the jewelry shine in a way that is almost magical.
